Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience for a large-scale client. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will perform system integrations and data migrations to ensure seamless functionality. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM applications. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow CSM implementations. - You will work closely with QA teams to ensure quality and performance of deliverables. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
