Your expertise will help streamline customer service processes and enhance user experience through customized ServiceNow applications. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) applications tailored to client requirements. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs. - You will customize and configure ServiceNow modules to optimize service delivery. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow CSM. - You will create and maintain technical documentation and user guides. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - You will support deployment and post-implementation activities. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification. - Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Prior experience working in a contract or consulting environment.
