1.1 Agreement These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and JobLogr, LLC ("JobLogr," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the JobLogr platform, including all associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

"Personal Information" or "PII" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
"JobRex" refers to our job recommendation feature that aggregates job listings from various sources.
"User Content" refers to resumes, cover letters, application information, and any other information or content you submit to the Platform.
2.1 Consent By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2.2 Eligibility You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.3 Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
3.1 License Subject to these Terms, JobLogr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal career management activities.
3.2 Account Registration To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Outside of these specific circumstances, JobLogr will not use your resumes, cover letters, work experience details, or any Personal Information for marketing purposes or share such content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Platform's services or as required by law.

6.2 Trademarks The JobLogr name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of JobLogr or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of JobLogr.

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FUNCTIONS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. JOBLOGR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8.2 Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOBLOGR, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM:

11.1 Governing Law These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
11.2 Dispute Resolution Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
11.3 Waiver of Class Action YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
11.4 Severability If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.5 No Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of JobLogr.
11.6 Assignment These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without our prior written consent, but may be assigned by us without restriction.
11.7 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobLogr concerning the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.
