Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience for a large-scale client. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will perform system configuration, integration, and testing to ensure seamless functionality. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM applications. - You will participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for developed solutions. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management. - You possess deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations. - You have experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and web services. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules on the ServiceNow platform. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Prior experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment.
