Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of ServiceNow applications. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to meet client needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM applications. - You will perform system integrations with third-party applications and data sources. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will provide technical support and training to end-users and team members. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform capabilities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, APIs, and integration techniques. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certification is preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and integration frameworks. - Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
