Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service workflows and improve overall service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM components to meet business requirements. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM applications. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow platform customization. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, and integrations. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Specialist certification. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
