Job Title: Service Now Developer (CSM) Company Overview: ALTA IT Services is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM), you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer service operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient service management applications. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform focused on CSM. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications to meet business needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. - You will perform system integrations and data migrations as required. - You will create and maintain technical documentation and user guides. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - You will provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and CSM modules. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Specialist certification. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Prior experience in a consulting or contract role.
