What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM features to meet client-specific needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. - You will support deployment activities and provide post-implementation support. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to recommend improvements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. - Experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, workflows, and integrations. - Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Specialist certification. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations. - Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
