Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience for a large-scale client. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CSM functionalities. - You will perform system integrations and data migrations to ensure seamless service operations. - You will create and maintain technical documentation and user guides. - You will participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications. - You will work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Specialist certification. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
