Role Overview: As a Service Now Developer (CSM) at ALTA IT Services, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes and deliver scalable, efficient solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design and develop custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. - You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - You will configure and customize ServiceNow CSM workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet client needs. - You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. - You will participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. - You will provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. - You will stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve solutions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Customer Service Management. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. - Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM processes and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or CSM Specialist certification. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery. - Strong communication skills and experience working in client-facing roles.
