Hallow

Organic Growth & Communications Lead

Hallow•Anywhere•Full-time
View Job
Compensation$55K - 85K a year

Lead end-to-end organic growth and SEO strategy including keyword research, content creation, technical optimization, and communications/PR efforts to increase brand visibility. | Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in SEO, organic growth, or content marketing with strong writing skills and curiosity about AI in search. | TL;DR: We’re looking for an Organic Growth & Communications Lead to take Hallow’s organic growth to the next level across SEO, AI search, PR, and communications. You’ll help make sure that when someone searches Google, reads a news story, or asks an AI assistant about prayer and faith, Hallow has the opportunity to meet them there and ultimately invite them into prayer. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own SEO & Organic Growth: You’ll own Hallow’s organic search efforts end-to-end from keyword research and technical SEO to writing, optimizing, publishing, linking, and measuring performance. You’ll identify our biggest opportunities and go after them yourself, pulling in cross-functional support where you need it.. * Build for the Future of Search: You’ll help us figure out how Hallow reaches folks across AI search. You’ll experiment with GEO / AEO strategies, understand how Hallow is showing up in AI answers, and find new ways to increase our visibility and authority. * Find Stories in the Data: Some of our best organic opportunities come from finding a story nobody else has told yet. You’ll dig into data to uncover trends around prayer, faith, culture, and the Church and turn those insights into stories journalists and people want to read and share. * Create Great Content: You'll write a lot - evergreen SEO pages, press releases, journalist pitches, landing pages, and other marketing materials. You'll independently take each piece from a blank page to published. * Optimize & Experiment: You’ll constantly test new ideas. New article formats. New search strategies. New conversion opportunities. New PR angles. New ways to show up in AI search. You’ll measure what works, double down quickly, and move on when something doesn’t. * Work Across the Team: You’ll work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, Product, and Data to make sure our organic growth and communications efforts support Hallow’s biggest priorities. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE * Mission: This work is incredibly humbling. Every day we hear amazing stories and we get the pleasure of working on something that’s impacting lives. One of our favorite user quotes: “I hate quoting an old, overused cliche, but I’ve been very lost. And I think for the first time in a while I may be found.” * Ownership: When a company is this small, every employee is a core team member with an outsized impact.  What you decide to publish, pitch, and optimize can bring thousands of new people into prayer. * Growth: From day 1, you’ll be a part of the startup journey.  You'll own and shape what organic growth and AI search look like for us as we grow. * Flexibility: HQ is in Chicago and we would love to have as many team members there as possible, but we are completely flexible on location within the United States. * Comp: We will pay competitive market rates in terms of equity, cash, & benefits. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Passion: First and foremost, we’re looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun to actually care about what you’re working on! * Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, PR/communications, or a combination of these areas. You’ve personally done the work, not just managed agencies or teams that did it for you. * SEO Expertise: You understand what makes content great and have hands-on experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, technical SEO, link building, analytics, and the tools that go along with them. * Excellent Writer: You can turn ideas and data into clear, compelling stories. You’re comfortable writing an SEO article, journalist pitch, press release, or landing page. * AI Curious: You’re excited about how AI is changing both search and the way marketers work. Experience with AEO or tools like n8n, Windmill, Claude Code, or other AI and automation platforms is a major plus, but not required. * Ownership Mindset: You don't need someone handing you a list of tasks or telling you what stories to write. You can identify what needs to happen, figure out how to do it, and execute. You’d rather try something, learn, and iterate than spend weeks building the perfect plan, and no task is beneath you - you’re willing to get into the weeds to something across the finish line. COMPENSATION RANGE $100,000 to $140,000 USD per year The above range only includes cash compensation. Each full-time employee in the U.S. also receives equity compensation, alongside a top-tier benefits package (e.g., unlimited PTO, insurance, remote-flexible work, fully paid parental leave, 401(k) match, and stipends for spiritual development, health & wellness, home-office, and learning). The above range for cash compensation refers to base salary for a U.S.-based candidate. All full-time employees are also eligible to be considered for a discretionary bonus at the end of each fiscal year. These ranges are just initial estimates. They may vary depending on market or location and may be adjusted depending on the person we end up hiring for this role, their experience, and market dynamics.

Compensation$55K - 120K a year

Design, develop, and maintain web application features while collaborating in an Agile team and supporting DevOps. | Requires 3+ years web development experience, strong JavaScript skills, and knowledge of relational databases. | At Intelerad, we believe the path to answers in healthcare should be clear-whether you are waiting for a diagnosis or trying to expedite one. Our medical imaging solutions streamline the flow of information, simplifying complex processes, maximizing efficiencies, and shining a light on the unknown. We empower physicians to get patients the answers they need faster and improve outcomes for everyone. With more accessible imaging, we are getting patients out of the dark. Headquartered in Raleigh, NC and Montreal, Intelerad has nearly 800 employees located in offices across four countries. The company empowers nearly 2,000 healthcare organizations around the world with the speed, scalability, and simplicity needed to increase business performance while, most importantly, improving patient outcomes. Intelerad’s modern enterprise solutions have been acknowledged by a Best in KLAS recognition, ranking #1 for PACS Europe UK/Ireland in the 2026 Best in KLAS: Global Software (Non-US) report. Job Description We are seeking a Software Developer to join the InteleShare team and contribute to Intelerad's secure, cloud-based medical image sharing platform. In this role, you will design and deliver features that connect healthcare providers, imaging centers, hospitals, and patients — enabling timely, accurate diagnoses across institutions and geographies. You will work within a cross-functional Agile team, take ownership of features end to end, and contribute to a platform that handles DICOM medical imaging at scale. InteleShare is a polyglot platform: a Perl/mod_perl services tier on PostgreSQL, a JavaScript web client (jQuery and vanilla JavaScript across the established pages, React and TypeScript in newer areas), a Java (Spring Boot) storage service backed by S3 and other cloud object stores, and a C#/.NET on-premises harvester that speaks DICOM and HL7 to customer PACS. You will start in one or two of these codebases and grow into the others over time. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain features across the InteleShare web application and services tier — typically the web front end (jQuery and vanilla JavaScript in the established pages, React in newer areas) and the Perl service APIs it calls — taking ownership from scoping through delivery, ensuring solutions are tested, documented, and meet sprint commitments. Write and tune PostgreSQL queries and schema changes for a large, high-volume production database, following the team's schema versioning and migration process. Translate customer support escalations and stakeholder requirements into well-engineered technical solutions, reproducing issues across the full stack (browser, API, database, storage, DICOM/HL7 interfaces) and resolving root causes rather than symptoms. Contribute to code quality through thorough pull request reviews, unit and integration tests, and clear documentation, supporting team-wide standards and knowledge sharing. Support DevOps and operational initiatives including containerized AWS/Kubernetes deployments, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and participation in production troubleshooting alongside senior engineers. Senior Growth Marketing Analyst

LaunchDarkly•Anywhere•Full-time
View Job
Compensation$70K - 120K a year

Audit and track user signals to optimize conversion pathways and lead routing within a PLG motion, collaborating cross-functionally to implement activation workflows and design growth experiments. | 8-10 years experience in growth marketing or revenue operations in B2B SaaS, proficiency in SQL and analytics tools, bachelor's degree required. | About the Job: At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users. In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results. Responsibilities: Data & Signal Strategy Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts. Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations). Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data. Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization. Activation Strategy Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer). Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs. Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams. Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment. Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution. Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation. Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey. System Administration & Technical Tooling Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics). Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management. Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors. Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms. Pay: Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4: Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $136,500 - $187,660** Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $122,800 - $168,850** Zone 3: All other US locations - $116,000 - $159,500** LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
