What You’ll Do: Drive consistent clinic performance by reviewing operational metrics, coaching Clinic Directors, and ensuring strong execution of enterprise processes and standards. Lead regional financial and operational results through active performance monitoring, corrective action, and partnership on budgeting and forecasting. Strengthen leadership capability by coaching, developing and building bench strength among Clinic Directors. Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and trust by staying connected to field teams and addressing performance or retention gaps quickly. Ensure clinics are fully staffed by overseeing regional workforce planning, partnering with HR on hiring and retention, and preparing proactively for vacancies and growth. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Access teams to drive volume growth, improve conversion and support operational readiness for same-store and new clinic growth. Develop and execute regional growth strategies while supporting community and referral-partner engagement to expand and protect market share. Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant clinical care aligned with the company’s care model and risk-management standards. Travel frequently within Michigan and to department or functional meetings. Other projects and duties as assigned. Who You Are: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program or hold a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of healthcare or service‑industry operations leadership, with proven success managing multi‑site environments. Proven ability to drive consistent operational performance using established processes, metrics, and standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data, identify gaps, and implement targeted solutions. Solid understanding of clinic‑level financial drivers and key operating levers. Demonstrated experience coaching and developing leaders to elevate performance across multiple locations. Excellent prioritization and time‑management skills; effective at navigating competing operational demands. Strong collaborator with a track record of working cross‑functionally to meet organizational goals. Nice to Haves: 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or service operations. Prior responsibility for P&L or equivalent financial accountability.
