Job Description The Renewals Specialist is responsible for developing and managing a proactive customer renewal program. This role involves engaging with customers to ensure their timely renewal and facilitate their renewal process. The Renewals Specialist must be able to effectively communicate with clients, review client contracts, and prepare and send quotations or proposals while maintaining accurate client records. The Renewals Specialist will work closely with our Sales, Client Experience, and Support teams to develop and execute renewal strategies and increase customer retention. Additionally, the Strategic Renewals Specialist will liaise closely with many other business functions, including Legal and Finance, to ensure the Renewals process is managed cross-functionally. Responsibilities: Analyze client/renewal information to develop strategic renewal proposals Proactively manage the renewal process to ensure renewals are closed in a timely fashion Communicate with existing clients via e-mail and telephone to negotiate business contracts Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic renewal plans and ensure KPIs are being met Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Prepare the renewal letters, quotations, and other client notifications Evaluate usage and complete the true-up requirements Qualifications Required Experience/Skills: 2 years of experience in a Sales, Renewal, or Account Manager role at a SaaS company or equivalent Strong client-facing communication skills. The ADA defines “disability” as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of an individual, a record of such impairment, or being regarded as having such an impairment
