Compensation$70K - 120K a year

Audit and track user signals to optimize conversion pathways and lead routing within a PLG motion, collaborating cross-functionally to implement activation workflows and design growth experiments. | 8-10 years experience in growth marketing or revenue operations in B2B SaaS, proficiency in SQL and analytics tools, bachelor's degree required. | About the Job: At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users. In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results. Responsibilities: Data & Signal Strategy Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts. Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations). Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data. Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization. Activation Strategy Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer). Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs. Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams. Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment. Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution. Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation. Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey. System Administration & Technical Tooling Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics). Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management. Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors. Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms. Pay: Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4: Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $136,500 - $187,660** Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $122,800 - $168,850** Zone 3: All other US locations - $116,000 - $159,500** LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. *Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas. **Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary. Sr Backend Engineer, Identity & Access Management

LaunchDarklyAnywhereFull-time
View Job
Compensation$163K - 264K a year

Own and develop enterprise-grade identity and access management backend systems ensuring security and availability. | 6+ years backend engineering experience with production authentication systems, proficiency in backend languages like Go, and cloud infrastructure knowledge. | About the Job: Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers teams to deliver and control it safely. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Identity & Access Management team, you will own the systems every customer touches before they touch anything else: SAML and OAuth2 single sign-on, SCIM user and team provisioning, login and session management, multi-factor authentication, and the API key and token infrastructure that authenticates every request to our platform. When authentication is wrong, customers cannot get in at all — or the wrong person gets in. Security and availability here are commitments to our customers, not nice-to-haves. You and your team will make this stack operable and enterprise-ready. Technologies include Go, TypeScript, CockroachDB, Redis, AWS, and Terraform. Exact tool match matters far less than deep backend judgment and a track record of safely changing systems that are not allowed to be wrong. Responsibilities: • Own LaunchDarkly's authentication surface end to end — single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, login and session flows, multi-factor authentication, and API key and token authentication. • Build the enterprise identity capabilities our largest customers require: additional identity-provider integrations, support for multiple IdPs per account, and MFA enforcement by default. • Make the stack operable: SLOs, monitoring for certificate expiry and provisioning failures, actionable alerting, runbooks, and a sustainable on-call. • Partner with Product Security on threat modeling, audit logging, and compliance requirements including SOC 2 and FedRAMP. • Set the technical direction for identity at LaunchDarkly, and raise the bar for the engineers around you through design review and mentorship. Qualifications: • 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience, with significant work on complex backend applications. • Experience building or operating production authentication and identity systems. • A track record on systems where correctness and availability are non-negotiable, and the habits that come with it: backward-compatible change, staged rollouts, and safe cutovers. • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, etc.) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), plus strong production ownership including on-call. Bonus • Protocol depth in SAML, OIDC/OAuth2, or SCIM, and integration experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, or Ping. • MFA/WebAuthn, RBAC and authorization policy engines, or audit logging at multi-tenant scale. • Engineering under compliance regimes such as SOC 2 or FedRAMP. Pay: Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 5: • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $191,800 - $263,670** • Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $172,600 - $237,270** • Zone 3: All other US locations - $163,000 - $224,070** LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. • Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas. **Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary. Compensation$163K - 264K a year

Design and build backend billing systems ensuring correctness, decomposing monoliths, and owning production reliability. | 6+ years backend engineering experience with proficiency in Go or Python, cloud infrastructure knowledge, and production ownership. | About the Job: Software powers the world, and LaunchDarkly empowers teams to deliver and control it safely. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Billing team, you will own the systems that turn every plan, price, entitlement, and usage limit into revenue — checkout, subscription and entitlement APIs, usage metering, and the integrations to our billing, CRM, and finance systems. When billing is wrong, customers get the wrong product and we invoice the wrong amount. Correctness here is a commitment to our customers, not a nice-to-have. Exact tool match matters far less than deep backend judgment and a track record of safely changing systems that are not allowed to be wrong. Responsibilities: • Design and build the systems that define our plans, pricing, entitlements, and limits, and expose them through our API. • Decompose billing from our monolith into services that are correct, testable, and independently deployable. • Own correctness end to end — usage metering, reconciliation, and the invoices and usage data customers see. • Operate what you build: SLOs, alerting, on-call, and fixing root causes rather than repeating mitigations. Qualifications: • 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience, with significant work on complex backend applications. • Experience decomposing a monolith • A track record on systems where correctness is non-negotiable, and the habits that come with it: idempotency, reconciliation, reversible migrations, and safe cutovers. • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Rust, Python, etc.) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), plus strong production ownership including on-call. Senior Solutions Architect

LaunchDarklyAnywhereFull-time
View Job
Compensation$90K - 140K a year

Lead strategic professional services engagements to integrate LaunchDarkly into AI-powered applications and design safe rollout patterns within customer codebases. | 4+ years enterprise software or solutions architecture experience, production-quality coding in modern languages, hands-on AI-assisted development, and strong DevOps and cloud platform knowledge. | About the Job: Solutions Architects at LaunchDarkly are the core of our elite Professional Services organization, helping customers decouple deploy from release to enable rapid, reliable, and safe software delivery. As a key member of the Revenue team, you will apply your technical expertise to guide customers through transformative implementations of LaunchDarkly, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey. As teams ship AI features faster than ever with coding assistants and agentic tooling, this work is mission-critical — the blast radius from a faulty chatbot or agentic workflow can be exponential. As a Solutions Architect – AI, you will lead strategic engagements focused on helping customers adopt and operationalize AI-powered applications and platforms using LaunchDarkly. This includes supporting use cases such as feature-gated AI rollouts, safe experimentation with LLM-driven systems, AI governance, and progressive delivery of agentic workflows. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, platform, and AI leaders to help them integrate LaunchDarkly into modern AI architectures, ensuring AI systems are released safely, observed continuously, and optimized through experimentation. LaunchDarkly's Services team is recognized as best-in-class among our peers. We are rapidly growing, deeply invested in, and central to the company's strategic vision. You'll be part of a high-impact organization redefining how teams ship software and AI-powered products at some of the world's most innovative companies across Technology, Finance & Insurance, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, and Entertainment. As a Solutions Architect, you'll do more than advise — you'll build alongside customer engineering teams, integrating LaunchDarkly directly into their systems and shipping working implementations into production. You'll establish best practices for AI delivery, experimentation, and governance, and then prove them out in code. Responsibilities: Lead complex Professional Services engagements focused on AI-enabled and traditional software delivery, aligning customer goals with LaunchDarkly best practices. Partner with customers to design and build feature management into their LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and internal AI platforms. Design and help implement safe rollout patterns for AI — progressive exposure, guardrails, kill switches, and prompt/model experimentation — directly in the customer's codebase. Build reference implementations, integrations, and prototypes alongside customer engineers — writing production-quality code that demonstrates the pattern, not just a slide describing it. Work hands-on in customer environments to instrument AI systems with LaunchDarkly at inference-time and workflow-level decision points. Support customers building and operating chatbots, copilots, and agent-based systems, helping them integrate LaunchDarkly into inference-time and workflow-level decisions. Apply a consultative approach to understand customer architectures, gather detailed requirements, and influence key technical and organizational decisions. Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering, platform, DevOps, and AI leaders. Identify and resolve technical obstacles that hinder value realization, particularly in complex, distributed, or AI-driven systems. Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly and emerging AI delivery patterns, continuously evolving your expertise as the landscape changes. Advocate for customers by synthesizing feedback and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to shape future AI-related capabilities. About You: You are a self-starter and excited to take on hard problems. You are passionate about helping customers and have a strong sense of ownership. You'd rather build the thing than write a deck about it — and you can do both. You push back when the obvious answer is the wrong one, and you stay on a problem even when it's technically someone else's. You can effectively communicate with experts from different backgrounds, and build strong stakeholder relationships. You want to understand how systems actually work — the real version, not the marketing version — which usually means getting into the code. Qualifications: 4+ years in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture, with a hands-on, consultative approach. You can write production-quality code in one or more modern languages (Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, or similar) and can independently build and ship working integrations and prototypes in a customer's repository — not just architect them. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar). Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-augmented/agent-based approaches, or strong interest in learning. Ability to guide customers in DevOps, CI/CD, and modern release practices, including experimentation and progressive delivery. Experience delivering across the full SDLC in enterprise environments and leading teams through development or platform transformations. Strong grasp of how feature management and experimentation platforms accelerate and de-risk software delivery Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Linux, and containers. Open to 20% travel. Pay: Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4: Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $171,000 - $235,400** Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $154,000 - $211,000** Zone 3: All other US locations - $145,000 - $200,000** LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. To support this work, we use technologies such as Kinesis, Airflow, Spark, Lambda, Flink, Athena, ClickHouse, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Glue/Iceberg/S3, Terraform, and Datadog. Responsibilities: Design, build, and operate distributed, data-intensive backend systems that power Data Platform capabilities across Experimentation, Metrics, Release Guardian, Observability, Agent Control, and other product areas. Write maintainable, well-tested code and actively participate in code reviews, design reviews, and production readiness discussions. Qualifications: 6+ years of professional backend software engineering experience, including significant experience with infrastructure, data platform, distributed systems, or data-intensive production systems. Strong programming experience in Go, Python, SQL, Scala, or similar backend languages. Familiarity with distributed systems and backend engineering fundamentals such as concurrency, data modeling, failure handling, retries, idempotency, partitioning, backpressure, and high-throughput processing.
