As Tech Lead, you're the engineering anchor for both platforms, the person who sets technical direction, keeps production healthy, and makes the engineers around you better. You won't be choosing between writing code and leading people; you'll be doing both, week in and week out. What we're looking for • You've got 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead or senior+ capacity • You're fluent in Python and have real production experience in Django.
