Responsibilities • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end Salesforce migration project, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. • Data Migration: Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including (Engineering, Business Transformation Teams, Leadership) to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation. • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate data migration and system functionality. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users (stakeholders) to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of Salesforce. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, configurations, and customizations. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Salesforce environment. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on the migration outcome. Qualifications • 5+ years of Project Management experience technology or platform migration projects. • Proven experience in Salesforce migration projects, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data management. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Soft Skills • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Initiative and Proactivity: Demonstrating a proactive approach to managing tasks and projects, taking ownership and driving results with minimal supervision. • Time Management: Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues independently, including seeking assistance when needed and communicating effectively with team members. • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining records and documentation. • Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Data Architect are a plus. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
