Executive Assistant Job Type: W2, 12-month Contract Job Location: Bellevue, WA Work Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days Onsite per week • Fully Onsite (Starting April 2026) Pay Rate: $35 - $37 per hour • *Language Requirement: Korean bilingual strongly preferred** Position Summary The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and personal support to executive?level leaders. Responsibilities include coordinating complex calendars, managing domestic and international travel, preparing high?level documents and presentations, handling sensitive information, and serving as a primary communication liaison. Top Skills • Operational Excellence (organization + execution) • Communication & Discretion • Proactive, self?directed work approach Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Scheduling • Manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate all logistics (rooms, AV, meals, materials). • Maintain detailed itineraries and ensure executives receive timely critical updates. • Interpret and clarify requests; assist with responses and action items. Communication & Relationship Management • Serve as a key point of contact for internal leadership and external partners with the highest level of professionalism. • Maintain ongoing communication with executive?level and industry contacts. • Identify urgent communications requiring executive attention. Meeting & Travel Coordination • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transportation, special accommodations). • Schedule executive leadership meetings, company events, and community functions. • Arrange VIP visits, including logistics and travel needs. • Reserve and maintain executive conference rooms, equipment, and materials. Documentation & Reporting • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, memos, contracts, and other executive?level documents. • Establish documentation standards and create reusable templates. • Gather and format data to support executive communications. Operational & Administrative Support • Process timely and accurate expense reports, including budget allocations. • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and department inventories. • Support office operations, department events, and general administrative tasks. • Assist with resolving basic IT access issues (network, applications, printing). • Coordinate gestures such as thank?you notes or flowers when appropriate. • Support special projects or committees as needed. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8+ years of EA experience supporting VP?level leaders • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong relationship?building skills across all levels of leadership and external partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, draft, and interpret executive?level documents • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Bilingual in Korean/English strongly preferred Education & Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5–7 years of administrative support experience supporting VP-level executives or higher #LI-MH1 #INDPRO
