Technical Product Manager (Cloud & Integration) Location: Hybrid – Dearborn, MI (4 days onsite preferred) Overview We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in cloud technologies, integration platforms, and enterprise?scale product delivery. This role will lead end?to?end product development, manage a large engineering organization (15+ engineers), and drive cross?functional alignment to deliver scalable, high?quality solutions for global programs. The ideal candidate is highly technical, strong in Agile execution, and experienced in cloud-native architectures—especially GCP Cloud Run and integration technologies such as MuleSoft. Key Responsibilities • Own and evolve the product roadmap while ensuring alignment between engineering, business, and design teams. • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 15+ engineers across multiple concurrent projects. • Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and requirements in Jira, ensuring clarity and engineering readiness. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams using GCP Cloud Run and MuleSoft for API management and cloud deployment. • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery. • Oversee release planning, integration testing cycles, and post?release analysis to validate performance and quality. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the product development lifecycle; implement continuous improvement practices. • Promote best practices in scalability, availability, performance, and product quality across cloud-native architectures. • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex program dependencies and technical decision?making. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of IT experience working on complex global programs. • 5–8 years in Product Management or Technical Program Management. • Strong technical background in: • GCP Cloud Run (required) • MuleSoft and integration platforms • Cloud-native architectures, REST APIs, microservices • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira. • Strong understanding of system design, integration architectures, and API lifecycles. • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-impact solutions on time. Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Certifications in Google Cloud, MuleSoft, or Agile (CSM/PSPO). • Experience in SaaS or large-scale enterprise product environments. • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but not required). • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring tools. #LI-AA1
