Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Director, Digital Experience & Marketing Technology (MarTech) to lead the execution, optimization, governance, and operational management of Arrowhead Intermediaries' digital marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for translating Arrowhead Intermediaries' Digital Experience and MarTech strategy into scalable execution across website, email, marketing automation, and future digital engagement platforms. The Director will partner closely with the SVP, Strategic Distribution & Digital Experience and direct reports to operationalize customer experience initiatives, support future CRM capabilities, improve digital performance, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of global digital marketing operations, marketing technology, website management, vendor leadership, and team development experience. A passion for building scalable processes, optimizing customer experiences, and supporting business growth through digital capabilities in a multi-brand environment is essential. Key Responsibilities: Digital Experience Operations: Lead the execution and ongoing management of Arrowhead Intermediaries' digital experience and marketing technology capabilities across web, email, marketing automation, and future customer engagement platforms. Oversee day-to-day operation and optimization of enterprise digital platforms. Support implementation of approved Digital Experience and MarTech initiatives. Partner with Technology, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful execution and governance. Drive continuous improvement focused on usability, accessibility, engagement, performance, and customer experience. Website & MarTech Platform Leadership: Provide operational leadership for the organization's website ecosystem, marketing technology platforms, and future digital capabilities. Manage global website operations, marketing compliance, governance, optimization, and enhancement initiatives with support from Global Website Management Lead. Manage platform governance, user adoption, training, and operational readiness activities. Support implementation and adoption of marketing technology capabilities. Coordinate platform administration, testing, training, and change management activities. Lead relationships with digital agencies, implementation partners, and technology vendors. Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement: Support the development and execution of digital communication and engagement capabilities that strengthen customer and partner experiences. Oversee email marketing operations and marketing automation programs with support from Global Email Marketing Lead. Support CRM and LLM readiness, implementation, customer journey enablement, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing initiatives as future capabilities are developed. Establish scalable processes, workflows, governance standards, and operational best practices. Ensure compliance with privacy, accessibility, and regulatory requirements. Digital Reporting, Analytics & Optimization: Drive operational reporting and performance measurement that supports informed business decisions and continuous improvement. Monitor digital marketing performance and operational KPIs. Develop reporting and insights for leadership and stakeholders. Partner with Data & Analytics teams to strengthen reporting capabilities and measurement frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve platform utilization, effectiveness, and customer engagement. Collaboration & Leadership: Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between digital marketing initiatives, business priorities, and organizational goals. Technology & Data Collaboration: Partner closely with Technology, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams to support integrated digital experiences and future customer engagement capabilities. Team Leadership: Lead and develop Arrowhead Intermediaries' digital marketing team, including the Global Website Management Lead and Global Email Marketing Lead, while helping establish scalable operating processes, governance standards, and future team structures. Execution Leadership: Provide hands-on leadership and direction for digital initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining focus on operational excellence and business outcomes. Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, website management, marketing automation, or related disciplines. Experience leading digital marketing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience implementing and optimizing digital platforms in a complex, multi-brand or highly regulated environment. Experience managing agencies, vendors, technology partners, and implementation resources. Strong understanding of website management, AEO/LLM optimization, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics, customer engagement, and digital marketing operations. Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise CRM solutions preferred. Experience supporting CRM implementation, customer journey development, segmentation, personalization, and digital engagement programs preferred. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (incl. Assets), Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions preferred. Experience supporting enterprise website migrations, digital transformation initiatives, or large-scale marketing technology implementations preferred. Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries preferred. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate digital performance data into actionable recommendations.
