Brown & Brown is seeking a Project Manager-Business Analyst (AI) to join our growing team! The Project Manager-Business Analyst (AI) will lead and deliver AI initiatives that drive measurable business value across the organization. This hybrid role combines agile project management with strategic business analysis to ensure AI solutions are scoped effectively, executed with precision, and adopted successfully. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and motivating cross-functional teams while translating business needs into actionable AI use cases and technical requirements. How You Will Contribute: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables focused on AI-driven business outcomes. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead project status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates. Monitor progress, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely delivery of AI solutions. Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on initiative complexity and stakeholder needs. Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities and define problem statements. Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI models and systems. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to validate feasibility and align on solution design. Support model evaluation, testing, and human-in-the-loop validation processes. Licenses and Certifications: PMP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification. Skills & Experience to be Successful: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related experience Strong understanding of AI lifecycle, including data sourcing, model development, deployment, and monitoring. Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies. Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and success metrics. 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, with 2+ years in AI, ML, or advanced analytics. (preferred) Insurance Industry experience (preferred)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices. (preferred) Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI frameworks. (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project). Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Pay Range $80k - $100k Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
