Arrowhead Intermediaries is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations & Reporting to join our growing team. The Director of Marketing Operations & Reporting leads marketing transformation initiatives by optimizing workflows, aligning priorities with business goals, and delivering actionable insights through performance reporting. This role oversees marketing operations, ensures cross‑functional coordination of key initiatives, and manages analytics to provide visibility into marketing effectiveness. The Director develops dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational processes that strengthen decision‑making and drive efficiency. A strong focus on scalable operations, data‑driven performance management, and continuous improvement is essential to success in this role. How You Will Contribute: Marketing Operations: Establish workflows to increase efficiency and productivity. Ensure operations are scalable, repeatable, and effective at meeting business partner needs. Tracking Priorities & Transformation: Manage progress across key priorities aligned to business goals, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, teams are informed, and issues are escalated and resolved. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Oversee marketing analytics. Develop dashboards and reports for KPIs, providing visibility into marketing performance, insights, and business impact Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing leaders and key stakeholders to regarding priority initiatives and processes to ensure seamless operations. Divisional Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to track priorities aligned to business goals. Support Marketing Initiatives: Support the broader marketing team by contributing to coordinated planning and department priorities. Hands-on Leadership: Be a hands-on leader willing to dive into details and work alongside teammates to achieve goals. Reporting and Measurement: Track marketing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Skills & Experience to Be Successful: Minimum of 5 years of experience leading marketing operations. Experience in a highly regulated industry is required. Proven track record in achieving process improvements and reporting marketing performance outcomes. Attention to detail and experience with marketing automation platforms are required. Experience with Wrike, SharePoint, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Smartsheet, and AI communications platforms are key to this role. Pay Range $150,000 - $160,000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
