The Project Coordinator, Consulting & Operations is a detail-oriented, cross-functional role responsible for managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across client engagements and internal operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with the firm’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. How You Will Contribute: Coordinate client project execution across medical, pharmacy, and clinical consulting workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. Track project progress using management tools to monitor action items, deadlines, and dependencies. Facilitate collaboration among consultants, analysts, and leadership to ensure seamless internal coordination. Organize internal meetings and documentation to support client engagements and follow-ups. Prepare client status updates and reports aligned with project timelines and deliverables. Maintain the CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and pipeline activity. Support internal dashboards and trackers to aid leadership in decision-making and project oversight. Format and prepare client-facing materials, including proposals, timelines, and presentations. Assist the Member Advocacy Team during peak periods by managing escalations and ensuring smooth cross-team communication. Support financial tracking and budget oversight, including monthly P&L reporting, scope reviews, and revenue reconciliation. Skills & Experience to be Successful: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, project management, or related field. 2-3 years of project coordination, project management, or consulting operations experience. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with project management or CRM platforms a plus. Ability to handle multiple deadlines, adjust priorities, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently. Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to take initiative in a growing, evolving firm. Pay Range $25 - $25 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
