Wishlist is one of Babylist's highest-leverage customer journeys, and this is a huge opportunity to shape the growth of this product. You'll work inside the product squad itself, not downstream of it and your plan shapes the roadmap instead of reacting to it. About Compensation We use a market-based approach to compensation. Compensation$70K - 120K a year

Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences owning key surfaces from concept through production using AI-native workflows. | Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, backend technologies like tRPC and SQL, and entrepreneurial full-stack experience in fast-paced environments. | As an engineer at Bask you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to build and design the software infrastructure that will serve as the backbone of telehealth. We are looking to expand our software engineers, seeking those with deep rooted entrepreneurial spirit. Our serverless platform is a multi-tenant monorepo — Next.js and React on the front, tRPC and Prisma behind it, deployed on SST, TypeScript throughout. One engineer can follow a change from a form field to the database without crossing a team boundary. That's the point. Engineering at Bask Health is AI-first and builder-led. Work starts with general understanding of problem, moves to tools like Claude and Cursor for further investigation, making a plan and building, tested on staging with realistic data, released to production, tested with real patient and care teams, and then back for systems and polish. AI is a default part of how we work, not a side experiment — because moving fast in healthcare requires every advantage. We are looking for engineers who take end-to-end ownership, treat AI as a real collaborator, and care deeply about building software that meaningfully improves how healthcare is delivered. What You'll Do Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences. Own key surfaces end to end, from concept through production. Write elegant, well-tested code — we have a real test suite and we intend to keep it that way. Work across the stack. Follow a feature from the interface through the API to the database. No handoffs, no waiting on another team. Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code. Use LLMs as your starting point. Draft intent, explore implementations, scaffold components, and refactor with AI in the loop. Apply your own judgment to meet the quality bar healthcare demands. Prototype fast and validate with real users. Build and test quickly with real patients and care teams. Use what you learn to refine before fully committing — especially in sensitive clinical contexts where getting it right matters. Build for scale and own the codebase. Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns that make the next feature faster to ship. Make automation legible and trustworthy. Build systems that clearly communicate what AI and automation are doing on behalf of patients and providers. Earn trust through transparency, reliability, and thoughtful defaults. Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability. Ship work that is fast, robust, and accessible. Partner across the team to debug, optimize, and raise the bar over time. Share AI-native workflows. Document prompts, patterns, and workflows that work, so we move faster together without cutting corners that matter to patient outcomes. We are a highly collaborative team. A full-stack generalist who has taken a product from 0 to 1 and can apply that instinct inside a system that already has real patients on it. Entrepreneurial, willing to roll up their sleeves, and drawn to a mission that disrupts how healthcare gets delivered. You are dangerous on the frontend of the stack. You are a highly skilled dev (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind and JavaScript). You also have backend skills (tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node, SST). You can work independently and are comfortable owning entire projects or large areas of the codebase. Strong experience building paid products and services is preferred. React Native or Expo experience is a plus. You are a strong communicator, able to clearly articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup environment.

Senior Solutions Engineer

PAXAFEAnywhereFull-time
View Job
Compensation$70K - 120K a year

Lead technical lifecycle from discovery through implementation ensuring commercial commitments are met. | 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles with supply chain and API integration experience. | The Role This role bridges and orchestrates the handoff between what was sold and what gets built. As Senior Solution Engineer you facilitate both sides of it. Before the contract, you are the technical and process authority in the room. You run discovery with quality, logistics and IT stakeholders, demo the platform against the customer's real cold chain problem rather than a generic script, and shape the initial solution design that underpins the commercial proposal. After signature, you stay on. You translate that design into a delivery plan, then support where needed alongside Delivery, Product and Engineering to make it real. That continuity is the point. You scope what you will be accountable for delivering, which means the solution design that reaches the customer is the one that survives implementation. You are the single technical thread from first discovery call through to a customer operating in production. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in PAXAFE's Commercial Organization, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering. Key Responsibilities · Discovery. Run technical and process discovery with customers across supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT, uncovering current-state workflows, data sources, systems and constraints. · Pre-sales. Deliver tailored demonstrations mapped to the customer's own lanes, products and release process, not a standard script. Handle technical objections in the room. · Solutioning. Own the initial solution design and solution map: which modules apply, what data is required, which integrations are in play, what is phased and what is out of scope. · Scoping. Translate the solution design into scoped, sequenced statements of work and implementation plans. Size effort honestly, surface long-lead items and dependencies before they become commitments. · Commercial support. Partner with Sales and the CCO on proposals and order forms, ensuring what is committed commercially is technically deliverable. Flag anything that is not. · Delivery. Carry your own design into delivery. Lead solution workshops, guide configuration of Lane Qualification, Command Center and Automated Product Release against customer stability budgets and product profiles, and stay accountable through go-live. · Cross-functional. Coordinate with Product, Data and Engineering to sequence deliverables, manage technical handoffs, and feed real customer patterns back into the roadmap. · Repeatability. Build the reusable assets: reference solution designs, discovery question banks, scoping templates, and integration patterns that make the next deal faster. · Tooling. Track work in Linear; understand customer issues in Pylon, map solutions in Figma / FigJam. Document decisions so they survive handoff. Who We're Looking For Experience Required · 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles across the software sales cycle and delivery: Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, Presales Consultant, Implementation Lead, or management/technology consulting with hands-on SaaS delivery. · Demonstrable experience on both sides of contract signature. You have scoped work in a sales cycle and then been accountable for delivering it. · Strong supply chain and process background: an ability to map a customer's current-state process, find where it breaks, and design a workable future state rather than describing features. · Cold chain domain knowledge: temperature-controlled logistics, lanes and lane qualification, temperature excursions, stability budgets, passive and active monitoring, product release decisions. · Consulting-grade communication. Comfortable with a quality director, a logistics operator, an enterprise architect and a CFO, and able to write a scope document that holds up under procurement and legal review. · Practical technical fluency: APIs, data mapping and transformation, integration patterns. You need to be credible with engineers without being one. · Track record running multiple concurrent customer engagements with real deadlines. Bonus Qualifications Preferred · Life sciences exposure: Pharma, biotech, CDMO, or medical devices, and familiarity with GxP-regulated and compliance-driven environments / validation expectations. · Familiarity with the systems this role meets in the field: SAP, Oracle, TMS platforms, QMS such as Veeva Vault or TrackWise, visibility platforms, packaging providers, 4PLs and carriers, and logger ecosystems (Elpro, Sensitech, Tive, TempMate, etc.). · Experience selling or delivering into enterprise Pharma procurement and quality organizations. · Working knowledge of Azure, Python, Postman, Prismatic, PostgreSQL / Supabase, and JSON-based data workflows. · Additional languages; comfort working across US and European time zones and traveling up to 25% Why You'll Love Working Here · High-impact mission: every project supports the safe, on-time delivery of the world's most important products, including vaccines and life-saving therapies. · A genuinely unique remit: most companies split pre-sales and delivery and then absorb the cost of the handoff. Here you own the whole arc. · You'll work with the world's leading life sciences companies (pharma, CDMOs, medical devices, biotech) on some of the most advanced therapies in the world. · PAXAFE has entered an exciting growth phase, which provides for, and requires, real autonomy and leadership at every level. · Direct visibility to the executive team, and influence over how the Commercial Organization scales. · Cutting-edge tech: LLMs and Agentic AI | Azure | Python | Prismatic | Supabase | PostgreSQL | LavinMQ | Inngest | IoT | Linear | Figma. · Remote-first flexibility. [CONFIRM: preferred region for this role] · Comprehensive benefits: competitive base salary, equity participation, five weeks PTO, and full healthcare coverage. Our Core Values · Create Magic: Deliver products that exceed customer expectations and solve real problems elegantly · Own With Pride: Take ownership of outcomes and deliver with excellence · Navigate With Intent: Make strategic decisions with clarity and purpose · Think Deep, Act Fast: Balance thorough analysis with rapid execution · Enjoy the Journey: Celebrate wins and maintain perspective · X-hibit Teamwork: Collaborate across functions and support each other's success · Tackle With Empathy: Understand customer and team needs deeply before proposing solutions Ready to build the future of AI-powered pharmaceutical supply chain intelligence? If you're ready to join the leader in cold chain decision intelligence — creating cutting edge agentic solutions that serve a direct impact on patient health — then we want to hear from you! Apply today and let's build this together. Please include: · Your resume highlighting product management experience with AI/ML products or data-intensive B2B/SaaS platforms · A brief description of an AI-powered feature or product you've shipped and its measurable impact · Any experience with pharmaceutical, cold chain, life sciences, or logistics domains · Your vision for how LLMs and agentic AI can transform enterprise supply chain operations
