At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. CONTENT SPECIALIST A Content Specialist assists in researching, creating, testing and launching new game content with the San Diego Studio Live Team for MLB The Show. In this role, you will immerse yourself in baseball history, and together, we will turn the biggest moments of the Major League Baseball season into engaging live service updates. To succeed, your creativity, your communication skills and your ability to deliver finished projects on deadline will be key.
