Demonstrated ability to diagnose adoption challenges in program rollouts and design practical, supplier- and operations-level interventions that drive measurable change. Strong facilitation and training skills, including the ability to create clear guidance and deliver supplier/internal trainings Familiarity with multi-tier supply chains and traceability approaches; capable of interpreting market, geo-political, and regulatory signals and translating them into sourcing risk actions Lead with courage and expertise – bring passion for responsible sourcing, sufficient subject-matter depth, and the ability to have hard conversations.
