This role manages a team of approximately 20 direct reports, oversees all candidate and hiring manager surveys, and leads the change management initiatives that stem from survey insights to continuously improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting operations, people management, stakeholder engagement, and interview coordination, with a passion for creating highquality, human-centered candidate experiences at scale.
