Position Summary The Brand Manager, Marketing – Bagel Bites will own driving growth for the Bagel Bites brand. This position will be responsible for leveraging sales and consumer insights data to drive in-year performance while developing the 1yr/3yr growth strategy and execution plan. This role will have 360 exposure with ownership of the marketing budget, creative campaigns, and management of the marketing mix (4Ps). Partnering with, and managing, cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives forward in service of the strategic growth plan is a key aspect of the role. This position is best suited for someone who has an entrepreneurial attitude and is comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously, can identify and prioritize activities for maximum impact, has a strong bias for action, and excellent communication skills. Key Components of the Role Monitor business performance across key metrics (Market Share, Revenue, HHP, Buy Rate, etc) and identify actions needed in support of the brand’s strategy and key performance indicators; develop strategies to drive consumer and customer demand Leverage consumer and category insights to develop 1-year and 3-year growth plans and strategic vision for the brand, highlighting key tactics to drive growth Develop strong cross-functional relationships; manage commercialization team to deliver innovation and renovation, including quality improvements, packaging updates, cost reductions, etc. Own the marketing budget and P&L; plan and allocate marketing budget to support in-year objectives while delivering profit, volume, and market share targets Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute strategic growth driving customer programs across retail and ecommerce Coach, develop, and motivate junior team members; assist in consumption analysis upskilling Qualifications Strong communication skills with an ability to think big picture / define the destination, complemented with the willingness and ability to work in the details Ability to influence management, lead cross functional teams, and handle simultaneous projects Strength in consumption analysis with experience in demand forecasting, analyzing the P&L, and actioning against top and bottom-line drivers Excellent organizational and project management skills Prior experience in brand management preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years of experience (3+ years in marketing, product management, or brand management preferred) Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.
