The Talent Acquisition and Development Manager is a hands-on HR leader responsible for both executing and shaping the organization's talent strategy. In this highly practical role, you will directly manage end-to-end recruiting, build and engage talent pipelines, drive our employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms, and design and deliver development/retention programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution, driving client satisfaction, and aligning diverse teams to achieve impactful marketing outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage complex marketing programs across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, digital, analytics, and client services to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. - You will develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address risks and issues to keep programs on schedule. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. - You will analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize program effectiveness. - You will facilitate regular status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and clients. - You will drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and program delivery quality. - You will mentor junior program managers and contribute to team development initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing program management, preferably within a digital or full-service agency environment. - Proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns and complex client programs. - Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset. - Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations. - Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
