Role Overview: As a Senior Marketing Program Manager at Mod Op, you will be the central orchestrator of complex, cross-channel marketing initiatives and multi-SBU programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across diverse marketing campaigns. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs from inception to completion. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and client services to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and manage resources effectively. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. - You will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - You will analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize program outcomes. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and client experiences. - You will mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably within a digital or full-service agency environment. - Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-SBU programs. - Strong operational skills with proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project. - Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. - Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data and KPIs. - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with enterprise-level clients in technology or related sectors. - Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master). - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Background in digital strategy or data analytics.
