You will act as the central orchestrator, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across diverse teams to meet client objectives and elevate campaign performance. What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end marketing programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns. - You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. - You will analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize program outcomes. - You will collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and technology teams to align strategies and execution. - You will identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. - You will lead status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and clients. - You will mentor junior team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably within an agency or enterprise environment. - Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid media. - Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project. - Excellent communication and client management abilities, with a track record of managing complex client relationships. - Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data and KPIs. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with multi-SBU or multi-brand marketing programs. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo. - PMP or Agile certification. - Background in data analytics or business intelligence.
