What You'll Do: - You will manage end-to-end marketing programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns. - You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication. - You will analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize program outcomes. - You will collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to align strategies and execution. - You will identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges. - You will lead status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience managing complex marketing programs, preferably within an agency setting. - Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. - Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project. - Excellent communication and client management abilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with enterprise-level clients and multi-SBU programs. - Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master). - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo. - Background in data analytics or marketing technology.
