Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction across diverse marketing campaigns. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs from inception to completion. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and client services to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and manage resources effectively. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. - You will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. - You will analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize program outcomes. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and client experiences. - You will mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing program management team. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably within a digital or full-service agency environment. - Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-channel marketing campaigns and multi-SBU programs. - Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data and metrics. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with enterprise-level clients in a B2B or B2C setting. - Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. - Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile. - Background in mentoring or leading teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
