What You'll Do: - You will manage and coordinate large-scale marketing programs across multiple business units, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations. - You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide program execution. - You will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - You will collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to integrate cross-channel marketing strategies. - You will analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize future campaigns. - You will lead and mentor junior program managers and team members to foster professional growth. - You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. What You Bring: - You have 7+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably within an agency setting. - You possess strong digital marketing knowledge, including cross-channel campaign execution. - You have excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project. - You demonstrate exceptional communication and client management abilities. - You have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs successfully. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with enterprise clients in technology or healthcare sectors. - Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Tableau. - Background in creative agency environments with a focus on integrated marketing.
