Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required. • At least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. • Experience working directly with attorneys and legal hiring managers. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with social media recruiting and applicant tracking systems; UKG experience a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. • Willingness to work occasional overtime and attend evening events.
