This is a highly visible role focused on aligning people strategy with business goals, supporting leadership with performance coaching, and managing key HR functions including employee relations, organizational development, and strategic talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a strategic advisor and HR partner to internal leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development • Support multi-state HR compliance, employee relations investigations, performance management, and coaching • Lead or support initiatives that promote operational excellence, organizational alignment, and employee engagement • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training programs to drive consistent experience across locations • Provide input on HR policies, support workforce analytics, and contribute to continuous process improvements • Travel regionally as needed to new or existing partner locations to build relationships and communicate HR programs (up to 4 days/month) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and 8+ years total in HR • Experience supporting a mid-to-large-sized organization (500–3,000 employees) • Strong expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and performance management • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Willingness to travel periodically (monthly or quarterly) Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
