POSITION: Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Project and Implementation Specialist is responsible for system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, and training. This position works closely with Project Managers on mapping-out and completing project deliverables in accordance with each project’s requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with up to 50% on-site travel required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Implement projects as assigned by the Director of Professional Services • Embrace new and innovative ways of implementing product and services strategy, shaping CCS as an effective and modern provider providing solutions that are expected by contemporary customers. • Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents that are escalated. • Address escalations from other departments. • Perform other duties as assigned. We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to build and deploy the infrastructure for a new AI project. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning technologies, with particular expertise in modern large language model (LLM) techniques and frameworks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), training and fine-tuning models, and working with vector databases. Additionally, you will work with contextual retrieval and hybrid search, and utilize agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a robust AI infrastructure to support our new project. Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. Configure and manage vector databases for efficient similarity search. Implement contextual retrieval and hybrid search solutions. Work with LLM technologies, including fine-tuning and deployment. Build agentic AI systems using modern frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities. Ensure the security and privacy of AI models and data. Implement LLMOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Utilize domain knowledge to tailor LLM solutions to business-specific needs and enhance revalance Develop and implement Named Entity Recognition (NER) systems, including Zero-shot NER techniques Design and implement Text-to-SQL capabilities that leverage LLMs to transform natural language questions into executable SQL queries. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience building production-ready AI infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Experience working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). Proficiency with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus). Hands-on experience with contextual retrieval and hybrid search techniques. Working knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML libraries. Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders. Knowledge of security best practices for AI applications, including data protection, access control, and monitoring. Familiarity with LLMOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Experience with Named Entity Recognition (NER) systems, including Zero-shot NER. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in ML/AI development roles. Contributions to open-source AI projects. Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation metrics. Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture. This role will oversee regulatory compliance across our suite of payments products, and future expansions into other payment services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with deep knowledge of payment regulations and a passion for enabling innovation while maintaining regulatory integrity. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of compliance programs for fintech products such as: ACH processing as a Third-Party Sender Credit card processing in a payfac model Prepaid and commercial cards Bill pay solution for AP (including ACH, virtual card and check) Canadian payment processing (ACH and credit card) Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including PCI-DSS, BSA/AML, UDAAP, HIPAA, NACHA, RPAA(CA) and money transmitter licensing requirements.
