The Account Coordinator assists the Marriott Client Services team in achieving success for client projects by facilitating requests and supporting Account Managers. They are responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and excellent customer relationship skills are essential.
Job Description: Account Coordinator, Marriott CS Summary of Position: The Account Coordinator’s role is to help our Marriott Client Services team achieve success for our Marriott client projects daily. The right candidate will bring a positive attitude, dependability, people skills, organizational skills and computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Internet technologies). This position requires enhanced administrative skills and must be detail oriented. The Account Coordinator should also possess a strong interest in client-facing interactions. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for helping hotel and resort clients achieve their strategic goals and maximize online visibility through supporting the Account Managers Facilitate client requests such as website updates, strategy changes, etc. Assist Account Managers in retaining accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization Assist Account Managers in providing strategic recommendations to improve client’s online visibility Collaborate with the Team Leads and Account Managers to ensure prioritization of assigned tasks Responsible for the timely completion of all assigned projects and tasks Continual learning of our products and services with the objective of providing solutions to reach our clients digital marketing goals Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service possible Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business from an accredited college or equivalent experience Knowledge of Digital Marketing with strong Internet research skills Analytical and reporting skills Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to grow and retain strategic accounts Ability to wear multiple hats Outstanding verbal / written communication and presentation skills Works well in a team environment and is a self-starter Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
