Job Description: Business Title: Directory of Compliance Company: Constellation Payment Processing (CPP) Location: Hatboro, PA - Remote We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director of Compliance to lead and evolve our fintech compliance program. This role will oversee regulatory compliance across our suite of payments products, and future expansions into other payment services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with deep knowledge of payment regulations and a passion for enabling innovation while maintaining regulatory integrity. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of compliance programs for fintech products such as: ACH processing as a Third-Party Sender Credit card processing in a payfac model Prepaid and commercial cards Bill pay solution for AP (including ACH, virtual card and check) Canadian payment processing (ACH and credit card) Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including PCI-DSS, BSA/AML, UDAAP, HIPAA, NACHA, RPAA(CA) and money transmitter licensing requirements. Provide education and guidance to Risk/Underwriting teams regarding regulations. Serve as a compliance advisor to product and engineering teams during product development and enhancement cycles. Coordinate with the security team on policies, procedures and audits. Oversee compliance risk assessments, audits, and testing programs. Manage due diligence requests from bank or payment partners. Establish and oversee a vendor management program. Monitor regulatory changes and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders. Escalate key compliance risks to executive leadership and any relevant committees. Build and manage a high-performing compliance team. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to ensure awareness and adherence to regulation requirements and company policy. Evaluate the efficiency of compliance controls and improve upon them continuously. Draft, modify and coordinate approval of company security policies. Develop and maintain relationships with auditors, sponsor banks and regional payment associations. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA degree (e.g., Computer Science/Engineering, Accounting, Business, etc.) preferred. 10+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in fintech, banking-as-a-service (BaaS), or payment processing services. One or more industry related certifications (CISA, AAP, etc) preferred. Strong understanding of U.S. financial regulations and licensing requirements. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Polished technical skills to navigate a complex, robust and versatile environment.
