What We’re Looking For • 15+ years in aerospace or defense, with at least 10 years leading large-scale programs ($25M+). • Strong technical literacy with the ability to engage confidently in design reviews and engineering discussions. • Deep understanding of government contracting (FFP, CPFF, IDIQ) and major subcontractor management. • Exceptional leadership, executive presence, and communication skills. • U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for security clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
