San Diego, CA | Hybrid (Remote optional) $175,000 – $225,000 A leading defense and space innovator is seeking a Product Line Manager – Computing to drive strategy, lifecycle, and innovation across RF Communications products. This is a senior leadership role with influence across product roadmap, customer engagement, and next-gen space technologies. Key Responsibilities • Product Strategy & Roadmap – Lead lifecycle plans, define roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver product innovation. • Market Insight – Monitor industry trends, evaluate opportunities, and guide competitive positioning. • Innovation & Improvement – Drive new concepts in SDR, FPGA algorithms, and RF hardware design. • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Integrate customer feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and brief executives/investors. • Leadership – Mentor and grow high-performing teams, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. What You’ll Bring • 7–10+ years in product management, with 5+ in the space industry • Strong background in RF Communications, SDR architecture, FPGA algorithms, and system integration • Proven track record of leading successful product launches & improvements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Science (Master’s preferred) • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills ?
