Job Summary Join a leading organization in high-technology systems development as a Sr. Program Director for our Satellite team in Colorado. Manage a portfolio of satellite programs with annual revenues exceeding $100M. Drive program performance, oversee financial management, mentor program managers, and foster customer relations. Key Responsibilities • Lead all phases of program development from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives. • Consult with executive management to set and achieve program goals while influencing strategic company objectives. • Direct proposal development, business planning, and negotiations, ensuring excellence in technical leadership and talent management. • Act as the primary customer interface, overseeing program reviews and resolving challenges to optimize program outcomes. Qualifications • Master's or PhD in engineering, science, or related technical field. • 15+ years of progressive program administration experience, including significant spacecraft program management. • Experience leading large teams and managing complex space hardware programs. • Strong technical expertise, program management skills, and the ability to innovate solutions to complex problems.
