In this role, you will direct all phases of client programs—from inception through completion—ensuring successful implementation, cost management, and performance. You’ll serve as the primary customer contact, lead program review sessions, and collaborate across internal teams to meet client goals and market demands. For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Manage one large program (typically $5–$10M annual revenue) or a portfolio of smaller client contracts Lead contract creation, execution, and compliance to ensure client satisfaction Direct and coordinate multi-functional teams of 10–30 people Provide people management for 2–5 direct reports, including other program managers and contractors Oversee strategic and complex programs, including new client relationships or high-risk initiatives Lead process and tool improvements to enhance program delivery Create technical content and contribute to intellectual property development Forecast and manage program budgets, including full P&L responsibility Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, including cost, schedule, and performance reviews Develop strategies and tactics to ensure program success and market alignment Analyze program challenges and recommend solutions, including resource allocation or contract adjustments Collaborate with internal teams across technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative functions In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 8+ years of relevant project management experience 5+ years of people management experience Proven experience in forecasting, budget management, and P&L ownership Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills Industry experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or a related field (preferred) A Bachelor’s degree (MS or MBA preferred) Target Compensation: $170,000.00 Compensation Range $136,500.00 - $204,700.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
