Warehouse Associate - Order Picker/Packer Responsibilities: • Pack items into designated containers based on size, shape, and quantity • Ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged according to company standards • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all packed items meet the required specifications • Operate packaging machinery and equipment as needed • Load and unload materials onto and from delivery trucks • Stock inventory in an organized manner • Forklift experience is preferred. Brief Description: Provide ordering and delivery service to JIT(Just-In-Time) customer's production lines, provide maintenance support on hardware items used for ordering and interact with customer Purchasing associates. Job Responsibilities: • Review customer bins on production lines for required inventory. • Place orders using handheld scanners, CMI systems, scale hardware, RFID, Vending Machines and ordering software. • Deliver products to production lines. • Add/remove bins and products from customer production lines. • Provide housekeeping services to customer production lines. • Obtain Purchase Orders where applicable. • Replace scanning labels as needed. • Report information back to assigned Sales Reps and/or program Managers. • Adhere to both CBN and customer Health, Safety and Environmental policies. • Consult with customer line supervisors and purchasing dept. • Report and resolve supply issues with Purchasing. • Participate in quarterly MBR sessions with CBN and customer reps. • Communicate quality issues with engineering and Quality Depts.
