Provide ordering and delivery service to JIT customer production lines, maintain hardware items, and interact with customer purchasing associates.
Experience with inventory ordering systems, customer service skills, ability to work in a team, and knowledge of fasteners and related technologies is a plus.

Brief Description: Provide ordering and delivery service to JIT(Just-In-Time) customer's production lines, provide maintenance support on hardware items used for ordering and interact with customer Purchasing associates. Job Responsibilities: • Review customer bins on production lines for required inventory. • Place orders using handheld scanners, CMI systems, scale hardware, RFID, Vending Machines and ordering software. • Deliver products to production lines. • Add/remove bins and products from customer production lines. • Provide housekeeping services to customer production lines. • Obtain Purchase Orders where applicable. • Replace scanning labels as needed. • Report information back to assigned Sales Reps and/or program Managers. • Adhere to both CBN and customer Health, Safety and Environmental policies. • Consult with customer line supervisors and purchasing dept. • Report and resolve supply issues with Purchasing. • Participate in quarterly MBR sessions with CBN and customer reps. • Communicate quality issues with engineering and Quality Depts.
