Review and analyze user access roles to identify SoD conflicts, maintain governance frameworks, support audit activities, and recommend process improvements. | Associate’s degree in IT, security certification (CISSP, SSCP, CISM), strong problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with security tools. | Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Information Security Analyst to support our Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Access Governance program. As part of a global Information Security team, you will help ensure proper access controls are in place across a diverse set of ERP, cloud, and legacy systems. This role is critical to maintaining our internal control environment and supporting enterprise-wide compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. You’ll work closely with the InfoSec Manager and other business units to review role requests, identify potential SoD conflicts, document mitigating controls, and assist in continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities • Review user role requests, role changes, and certifications to identify and document SoD conflicts. • Analyze security roles and permissions to flag high-risk access or policy violations. • Maintain and update SoD rulesets and governance frameworks within GRC tools (e.g., Fastpath, Saviynt, SAP GRC). • Document and track mitigating controls for approved SoD exceptions. • Assist with the preparation of SoD and compliance risk reports for management and audit review. • Collaborate with the InfoSec Manager to support various user access governance activities and process improvement initiatives. • Recommend and document small-scale process or workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy. • Support internal and external audit activities by providing access review data, evidence, and documentation. • Ensure accurate tracking of remediation plans related to access violations or policy gaps. Qualifications • Associate’s degree in Information Technology required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology preferred. • Security focused Certificate (CISSP, SSCP, CISM, etc.) required. • Strong Problem Solving Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Wide range of computer systems and security tools experience. • Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere, while being flexible and multi-tasking Compensation Details: $80,111 - $128,178 Annually This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
