As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will lead creative execution across video, print, experiential, and large-format design, with video serving as a core pillar of the role. You will drive brand storytelling through sales collateral, tradeshow booths, event environments, and field marketing assets, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across physical and experiential touchpoints. This role requires a designer with a strong video and motion background who can lead concept development and production while also delivering high-quality print and large-format design. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to support go-to-market initiatives, elevate brand standards, and optimize creative impact through insight and performance feedback. Responsibilities: Coordinate with key contacts for implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing campaigns from concept development to finished product, including development of marketing collateral such as social and digital campaigns, as well as traditional marketing such as direct mailers, brochures, flyers, catalog pages, etc. Contribute to the development and refinement of video strategy, standards, and motion language to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all video-based materials. Partner with Marketing to shape storytelling approaches, ensuring video, motion, and static design content effectively supports brand and campaign objectives. Bring new ideas for design, content creation, and motion graphics to the team using strong creative expertise and an eye for compelling visual communication. Scope and create templates to improve efficiency for social media, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and additional channels. Assist with internal projects requiring digital, visual, and graphic design elements, including support for video-integrated assets. Support and mentor team members by sharing best practices in video production, motion design, visual storytelling, and streamlined creative workflows. Define which categories of video work can transition to production partners over time to improve efficiency, resource allocation, and operational scalability. Monitor customer engagement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of marketing campaigns and provide insight on how to improve or expand marketing campaigns. Assist with research and analysis activities such as web metrics/trend analysis and tracking, competitive web site/eCommerce monitoring, customer research, and competitor research. Support sales and marketing needs of sales and supplier product groups at global, national, regional, and local levels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant industry preferred. Bachelor's degree in design preferred. 4 to 5 years required, 6 years preferred of product, solution or field marketing experience, preferably in Fortune 500 company. Marketing strategy and implementation, including a working knowledge of multi-channel marketing and associated best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to internal and external groups. Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customer-centric focus and commitment to quality. Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to spot questionable information or unusual data trends, combined with a disciplined problem-solving process that applies conceptual thinking to identify root cause(s) and provide appropriate solution(s). Able to spot new and evaluate existing business opportunities, including the ability to ask good questions, look beyond the obvious, and see the “big picture.” Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), working knowledge and at least basic- to intermediate-level HTML or wordpress skills. Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction. Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, and deliver results. #LI-BW1 This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
