Position Overview The Multi-Site Leasing Specialist is a key driver of occupancy across their portfolio, which encompasses 326-units. The selected candidate is responsible for identifying prospective residents needs and leasing apartments for our communities. This is a centralized sales role where you will assist prospective residents at every stage of the process, from application to move-in. In addition to assisting with advertising/marketing efforts on all ILS platforms with a proactive approach. This is an ideal role for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and has a strong sales mindset. You will serve as both the face of the company and a trusted partner to property leadership. As a Multi-Site Leasing Specialist, you will... · Own the leasing process from first inquiry through move-in across multiple communities. · Respond to leads, schedule/conduct tours, and follow up consistently to convert prospects into residents. · Travel between properties as needed to support leasing efforts, coverage, and occupancy goals. · Partner with leadership to review applications and generate lease agreements in alignment with company policies. · Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents. · Create and maintain compelling, accurate listings across ILS platforms to drive traffic and lead generation. Strategically drive qualified leads to the communities, actively participate in outreach marketing efforts, execute marketing plan, 'think outside the box' to drive traffic to meet leasing goals. · Maintain organized lease files and assist with administrative tasks including renewals and resident relations. What We're Looking For Qualifications: 2+ years of proven sales or leasing experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. (multifamily, retail, hospitality, or banking experience is a plus) Strong closing skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments, teams, and property needs. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Our Commitment to You Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary of $23 - 25/hourly plus competitive leasing commissions. The actual base hourly rate will be dependent upon experience and ability on meeting or exceeding sales target goals. Additionally, this role offers a robust leasing commission structure. When goals are achieved, the selected candidate can expect to make between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. You will play a significant role in growing our North American business and supporting its transformation toward an Agile organization. You will collaborate closely with the company's business leaders and the world's largest automotive OEMs and technology partners to launch new products, driving significant footprint and business growth for client. The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: • • Establish and execute program timelines, milestones, and program commitments made with the customer. • • Responsible for Project P&L. • • Follow up to ensure costing receives necessary data to develop quotes. • • Ensure programs are within budget at program end and throughout the life of the program. • • Lead the Program Team to identify and achieve continuous improvement and cost reductions. • • Ensure clear communication between the customer base, client, and all key personnel throughout the program lifecycle. • • Manage and ensure APQP processes are executed from acquisition to launch, including ramp-up material planning for start of production. • • Develop detailed program management plans, resource requirements, and overall launch costs with the Program Team, and present status updates at executive program review meetings. • • Elevate high-risk ("red") items to top management for immediate response and resolution. • • Manage, capture, and process engineering changes throughout the life of the program. • • Ensure a strong technical interface with the customer during product development, including support during field failures when necessary. • • Participate in program launches, customer audits, and conferences at client and/or customer plants as needed. • • Maintain relevant customer information and systems such as APQP status and program milestone updates in the PLM system. Your Qualifications: • • Design engineering experience. • • Experience in thermal management, pneumatic, and lumbar systems. • • Experience with automotive seat systems and/or interiors is a plus. • • MBA degree. • • Working knowledge of APQP, IATF 16949, ASPICE, etc. • • Agile/lean experience in a product owner or scrum master role, with exposure to methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban (nice to have).
