The Opportunity: The Marketing Performance Analyst will assist with the implementation of the analytics strategy impacting all marketing functional areas. This role will be responsible for managing analytics and reporting platforms, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to develop key insights and recommendations to support demand generation, messaging and content strategy across the buyers' journey. The Performance Analyst will leverage trends, research, best practices, first- and third-party data to conceptualize, validate and test new ideas for continuous improvement, work with key stakeholders to define and monitor key performance indicators and partner across the organization to deliver on Velera business objectives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious and forward thinking team player with the ability to turn raw data into insightful stories. Day In The Life: Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers, and incorporate qualitative data to deliver data-driven insights Track, digest and formulate recommendations for the different KPIs defined in collaboration with the leadership team Work with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for strategies, new content, launches and enhancements Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify new opportunities to serve business needs through analysis and reporting. Support business initiatives by identifying key trends that can drive growth for the business. Analyze metrics and user behavior to define trends and opportunity for improvement. Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth against our corporate goals. Leverage data to grow the business and deliver personalized marketing initiatives for different audiences. Develop frameworks to support campaign tagging across marketing channels as well as conversion optimization strategies for web channels and campaign landing pages Manage analytics platforms and partner with Web, CRM, Events, Communications and Sales teams to configure, test and integrate tools that optimize the user experience and collect data to inform marketing strategies Formulate hypotheses that can be tested, measured, and reported on to key audiences Help deepen understanding of client engagement across all digital channels throughout the buying journey by developing methods for tracking and analyzing user behavior and conversion data Maintain and track KPI performance and ensure that data and reports are updated and shared as appropriate. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders that track and interpret key metrics Produce and present executive reports that provide recommendations to drive high-level decision-making. Develop and automate regular reports for internal stakeholders and leadership on a routine basis Develop automated reporting that supports transparency and democratization of data and respond to adhoc requests for analytics data and reports Use analytics data from disparate sources to evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements in content marketing, user experience and conversions Participate in data initiatives to better understand our audience, content and product offerings across all platforms and digital marketing channels Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum five years of experience with marketing analytics including web, social media, and campaign performance; marketing communications or a closely related field. Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Klipfolio, Tableau or PowerBI. Knowledge in utilizing marketing specific tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Sprout, Terminus, Sprout Social, ScreamingFrog or similar to support reporting and analysis is preferred Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus. SHIFT: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed – (7 am - 6 pm CST/8 am - 7 pm EST) The Opportunity The IT Support Analyst I is responsible for providing first-level support through multiple channels from employees and clients and handling the resulting incidents or service requests, using the incident management and request fulfillment processes.
