Description: • Utilize consultative abilities to make recommendations and work as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders • Create, refine, and maintain User Stories/Requirements for a project • Map the user stories to features and lead story estimations • Maintain and refine a prioritized backlog in partnership with the Product Owner • Advise team members on Agile best practices and tools • Encourage cross-functional team collaboration and create an environment for open communication • Facilitate high-level meetings and workshops with stakeholders and executives • Analyze emerging technologies including API and data technologies • Develop and deliver clear communications for different audiences • Strategically lead research and analysis to identify trends that aid decision making • Ensure compliance with audit requirements • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources • Create complex SQL queries and help map data elements • Develop expertise in systems’ gap and impact analysis • Provide mentoring and training to junior team members Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps strongly preferred • 10+ years of business analysis experience required • Experience in the financial and card payment industry required • 5+ years’ writing complex SQL queries • 5+ years’ experience in modeling / mapping business processes • Extensive background with API technologies is required • Experience planning and facilitating UAT for projects and enhancements (nice to have) • Knowledge of financial domain a big plus • Experience with Azure Development Ops (ADO) or JIRA is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, conduct presentations utilizing various audio/visual aids, negotiate and build consensus with limited supervision • Practical knowledge of debit/credit card processing, financial systems, mobile solutions, high-availability systems, and data safe-keeping practices • Excellent understanding of the Agile/Lean methodologies. • The ability to perform detailed data mapping and data modeling, as well as create network topology diagrams, and process flow diagrams Benefits: • Medical with telemedicine • Dental and Vision • Basic and Optional Life Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Maternity, Parental, Family Care • Community Volunteer Time Off • 12 Paid Holidays • Company Paid Disability Insurance • 401k (with employer match) • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) with company provided contributions • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) • Supplemental Insurance • Mental Health and Well-being: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Tuition Reimbursement • Wellness program
