The opportunity: We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Senior Manager, Paid Advertising to join our Growth Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive student acquisition and brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to own performance-driven social campaigns from ideation to execution in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our NYC office reporting directly into our Senior Growth Manager. What you’ll do: Build & manage paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and others) from start to finish Optimize campaigns toward CAC goals through daily performance monitoring Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (video, UGC, influencer, static) Conduct A/B testing across targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Stay up to date on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance our paid acquisition strategy What you’ll bring: 4+ years of experience working at a direct-to-consumer startup with campaign budgets over $1M per month Proven track record of scaling marketing spend while maintaining ROI targets Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across Paid Social channels like TikTok, Meta & YouTube Experience writing creative briefs and working closely with content creators to iterate quickly and identify messaging/content that resonates with audiences Highly analytical with strong communication skills Bonus points if: You have previous startup experience, especially within B2C EdTech/Healthcare Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) Interview Process: Introductory call with Talent Acquisition team member Interview with Hiring Manager Take-Home Assignment Virtual Panel Interview On-Site Panel Interview Benefits and Compensation: Meaningful Equity Stake Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options 401(k) FSA, HSA and commuter benefits Open vacation policy, including: Guidance of 15 days PTO annually Stepful closed the last week of December 15 work-from-anywhere days 10 public holidays observed for 2025 The target base salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $150,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including performance-based bonus, equity and benefits. As our Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will help Stepful reach millions of users across social media (TikTok, Meta, YouTube & beyond) while inspiring students to begin their healthcare journeys. You will work collaboratively both with Stepful’s Growth Marketing team and with influencers of all backgrounds to generate top-performing content for ad campaigns, always striving to deliver accurate, engaging and on-brand content. This role reports into our Growth Content Manager. What you’ll do: Own day-to-day influencer marketing operations — from sourcing and building relationships with creators, to managing content production, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Translate marketing campaigns into clear, compelling influencer briefs in collaboration with the broader marketing team. Edit, adapt, and repurpose influencer content to maximize reach and engagement. Build and maintain authentic, professional relationships with healthcare-focused influencers. Stay on top of social trends and find creative ways to align them with Stepful’s mission and brand voice. Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging standards. What you’ll bring: 2+ years of experience managing social media or creating content for a brand or organization. Strong understanding of TikTok and Meta platforms, including what drives engagement and how to identify trends. Experience with short-form video — both creating and recognizing high-performing formats. Comfortable editing video in Adobe Premiere or similar editing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Bonus: Background in healthcare or EdTech.
