What you’ll do : Build & manage paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and others) from start to finish Optimize campaigns toward CAC goals through daily performance monitoring Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (video, UGC, influencer, static) Conduct A/B testing across targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Stay up to date on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance our paid acquisition strategy What you’ll bring : 4+ years of experience working at a direct-to-consumer startup with campaign budgets over $1M per month Proven track record of scaling marketing spend while maintaining ROI targets Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across Paid Social channels like TikTok, Meta & YouTube Experience writing creative briefs and working closely with content creators to iterate quickly and identify messaging/content that resonates with audiences Highly analytical with strong communication skills Bonus points if : You have previous startup experience, especially within B2C EdTech/Healthcare Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) Interview Process : Introductory call with Talent Acquisition team member Interview with Hiring Manager Take-Home Assignment Virtual Panel Interview On-Site Panel Interview Benefits and Compensation : Meaningful Equity Stake Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options 401(k) FSA, HSA and commuter benefits Open vacation policy, including: The target base salary range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $150,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including performance-based bonus, equity and benefits.
